The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Roebuck Residents’ Association will take place on the 10th of October 2016 at 8pm, in The Goat.
In accordance with our constitution, the AGM must be held in October each year, and may be attended by all Members, i.e. households who live in the area and who have paid the €20 subscription. Click here to view the constitution.
Items for the Agenda of the meeting will include:
– A report of activities undertaken over the last year
– Election of committee for next year
– Planning for next year
The formal Agenda for the meeting will be finalised a week in advance (i.e. by the 3rd October) and will be circulated to Members.
Members who wish to propose motions for the agenda should email email@example.com, or pass in writing to any member of the committee, not later then the 30th of September 2016, for consideration by the committee.
