Construction Traffic OLG

It appears there will be an increase in traffic and parking around the Larchfield Road area tomorrow at school drop off and pick up times. The schools have asked that no cars come onto school grounds tomorrow due to a very large amount of construction traffic. Over 50 trucks will be coming and going during the course of the day. The trucks will start to arrive on site from 6.00am. The schools have suggested that all pupils come on foot though the Friarsland Avenue shortcut. The schools have been assured that this will only happen twice during the build (presumably this assurance just applies to the current development that’s underway).
