Ho, ho, ho – This Sat, 4pm to 6pm
Jingle those bells, deck those halls, dust off that Christmas log. It’s that time of year again, and we’re holding our Roebuck Residents’ Christmas Get-together this Saturday afternoon (9th Dec) from 4pm-6pm, on the green in front of the shops.
Drink mulled wine. Eat mince pies. Watch in awe and amazement as Santa turns on the Christmas lights using his magical glittery powers.
Santa’s Little Helpers Wanted!
Kids are invited to come down to the green between 2pm and 3pm to make their very own swag. Please bring some foliage and decorations etc. to personalise to your own taste (there will be some foliage available on the day). They can then come back to the green at 4pm to meet the big red beardy man. Adult supervision is required for younger children.Can all children please bring a bauble with their name on it to place on a tree on the green.
Community Games
As you know, we’re supporting the setting up of Community Games in Goatstown. The plan is to put together a committee in the New Year, and we are looking for volunteers for this. Please make yourself known to Aoibhinn, Shane or Daithí on Saturday to get involved, or email us at roebuckresidents@gmail.com.
