IGB Schools – New Planning Documents Online
The Department of Education has sent the Request for Further Information documents into the Council, as they were instructed to do by the planners back in August last year. The documents are now online on the DLR planning website.
There is only a very short amount of time to comment or make an observation on these documents. We have until 8th February (that is two weeks from the date the Council received the documents.). The 8th of February is Monday week. As before, and in accordance with our mandate, the committee will be responding on behalf of residents in Roebuck. However, that of course, does not preclude individual residents from responding as well.
We notice they have included a pedestrian access from Mount Carmel Road and the top of Farmhill Road. They have also included a path along the northern boundary of the site. There are other elements, and we would encourage residents to look at the new documents and make an observation if required.

The new documents are all on page 2. The “Proposed Site Plan” is the one that shows the plan drawing.
The Application reference number is D20A/0268.
