Illegal Waste Collection

A notice was put in some residents’ doors during the week in relation to a waste collection on Wednesday. The council informed us this was an illegal collection, and was keen to highlight that not only could the collectors be prosecuted, but the householders leaving things on the road could also be open to prosecution. The Environmental Enforcement Unit of DLR Council is looking into the matter.
